The Mount Athos Foundation of America (MAFA) and the Mount Athos Center of Thessaloniki (Αγιορειτική Εστία) presents Mount Athos: The Ark of Orthodoxy, a traveling exhibition offering American audiences a virtual pilgrimage to the Holy Mountain.

The exhibition features panels dedicated to each of the twenty Athonite monasteries, along with additional presentations on monastic life, history, sacred art, architecture, the natural environment, and the spiritual tradition of Mount Athos.

Holy Athos holds a unique place in Orthodox Christianity, uniting centuries-old monastic tradition with a living spiritual heritage. Through its icons, relics, hymns, liturgical life, and daily rhythm of prayer, the Holy Mountain offers a profound witness to unity in Christ and the harmony of the material and spiritual.
