Patrons and Donors
We invite you to help the Mount Athos Foundation of America in its efforts.
MAFA is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) U.S. charity, meaning that donations made to MAFA are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by U.S. tax law. MAFA provides supporters the ability to make donations for the full benefit of the Holy Mountain. Your full donation benefits Mount Athos because the board is entirely volunteers and all expenses are covered by the founding donors.

One Time Donations
Donations – either on at your own initiative, or in response to appeals initiated by MAFA – may be made by any of the methods above.
Monthly Donations
MAFA invites you to become a sustaining supporter of the Holy Mountain through a program of ongoing monthly giving. No matter how large or small the amount, monthly giving adds up to a fund which we can draw upon on short notice when needs arise on the Holy Mountain.

Volunteer
Become part of our larger community of patrons, donors, and volunteers by helping in one or more of the following ways:

- Contact a Board Member or email us info@mountathosfoundation.org to join one of our task forces or our Volunteer Corps. We are in the process of developing ways to raise funds and to develop programs related to Mount Athos for local churches and other venues.
Please also consider joining the American membership of our sister organization, the Friends of Mount Athos (FoMA), at www.athosfriends.org. Your dues as a member of FoMA will help in our common cause, and you will have an opportunity to meet like-minded people in your local community who are already members of FoMA.
