Journey to Mount Athos

January 23, 2026 – March 6, 2026

ArtServe Gallery

1350 East Sunrise Blvd, Ft. Lauderdale, FL

With support from the Mount Athos Foundation of America (MAFA); the Hellenic Cultural Society of South Florida, the N. Miami AHEPA Chapter and other community organizations, ArtServe is presenting two remarkable exhibitions: “Mount Athos & Meteora 1929: Princeton Hidden Treasure” and “The Ark of Orthodoxy”. Previously showcased at the Maliotis Center in Boston, these exhibits offer a rare glimpse into the spiritual, historical, and artistic legacy of Mount Athos through archival photographs and interpretive panels.

In addition, artwork and photography by local artists inspired by themes of Greek culture, Orthodox life, pan-cultural Orthodoxy or the Greek American experience will be displayed, along with various items reflecting what one may encounter on a journey to Mount Athos through Greece.
